• Regarding Reservations
  • YUKAKU is by reservation only, so please make reservations by phone (private pay phones are not acceptable) or through social networking services.
  • If we are unable to contact you at least one hour before your reserved time, we may cancel your reservation.
  • We may ask you to adjust your reservation time depending on availability.
  • Cancellation without notice on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We may also refuse any future reservations.
• Regarding Your Reservation Time
  • If you are late for your appointment, we may shorten the service time depending on the availability of subsequent appointments.
  • Even if the service time is shortened, you will be charged the same course fee as your reservation.
• Important Notes
  • It is not possible to change the cast after your arrival.
  • If you are late for your reservation due to personal reasons, we may not be able to extend the end time.
  • If the cast member is sick or unable to perform the treatment on the day of your reservation, we may cancel your reservation.
• Prohibited Acts
  • Acts that force or induce sexual intercourse or sexual negotiation.
  • Unauthorized recording or monitoring using cell phones, cameras, or other devices.
  • Use by a person who intends to deprive a competitor, scout, or owner of a job.
  • Drunken people, drug users, people infected with sexually transmitted diseases, or people suspected of being intoxicated.
  • Excessively rude attitude, rough contact with Cast Members, or any other behavior that Cast Members do not like.
  • Other illegal or criminal acts, or acts that may lead to such acts.

If any of the above prohibited acts are found, the service will be immediately suspended.
No refunds or claims will be accepted, so please use the service in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
